Clemta starts $50 lower; by the end of year three, ours is $450 lower. On both, you file the Florida report yourself. Clemta's address and mail scans are part of what the higher yearly price buys.
Our approach
We don't renew the package. You pay $399 once; after year one only the agent continues, at $99, and you can cancel it in your dashboard.
We complete your bank application. Where Clemta advises, our team does the drafting: your order supplies the details, your filed Florida Articles go in, and it's ready when your SS-4 signature is. Send-off happens only after your approval, and the IRS's pace doesn't hold it up. Our partners decide on every account, so approval isn't assured.
We take care of the EIN paperwork. The IRS website needs an SSN or ITIN, so we prepare a paper SS-4, you e-sign, and we fax it. Two to eight weeks is typical.
The annual report question
Neither Clemta Essentials nor our package files Florida's annual report. It's due on Sunbiz between January 1 and May 1 at $138.75, with a $400 late penalty after May 1 and the risk of administrative dissolution if it's still missing by the third Friday in September. Clemta Pro includes state reports if you'd rather not deal with it.

Go with Clemta if a US address with scans is worth the higher yearly cost to you, you plan to upgrade to Pro for federal filings and state reports, or you need BE-13 help.
