The first year is $102 to $162 cheaper with doola. The report fee is the same for both because Florida charges it, not the provider.
Our approach
We charge once. The $399 isn't a subscription, and only the registered agent carries on, at $99 a year, cancellable any time from your dashboard.
We prepare the bank application ourselves. doola's approach is a referral to Mercury. Ours is to complete an application for our partners from the information in your order, with your filed Florida Articles attached, so that it's finished when your SS-4 signature is. The annual report question
