Firstbase's $99 formation offer is aimed at founders abroad, and it's a well-run service. For a Florida LLC it's a non-starter, since Firstbase Start forms only in Delaware and Wyoming. What Firstbase offers
Firstbase is strongest on compliance after formation. Its registered agent product costs $299 a year, and Firstbase says that price also covers your annual report and BOI filings. For federal tax, a non-US single-member LLC can buy Form 5472 preparation, bundled with the pro forma 1120, 1099s, and an extension, at a published $899 a year. For banking, Firstbase's Start page names Mercury, and Firstbase says its EIN service needs no SSN or ITIN. Beyond LLCs, it forms C-corps, and it sells accounting plus mailroom plans starting at $35 a month.

Year one favors Firstbase by $26 in Wyoming, or $16 in Delaware at $508. Over three years we're $374 lower on provider fees. Remember that Firstbase files your reports and we don't, and that each state bills its own yearly fee; in Florida that's $138.75.
Our approach
We file where you want to be. Your Florida Articles go to the Division of Corporations, and our Florida street address becomes your registered office.
We fold the agent into the price. Twelve months come with the $399. Renewal costs $99 annually and can be switched off in your account.
We draft the bank application. Firstbase offers access to a Mercury application. On our side, the application for our partners is prepared from the details in your order, your filed Articles are attached, and it's complete as soon as your signature is on the SS-4. After your approval it's submitted, and the EIN comes in when the IRS is done. Our partners decide on each application; approval can't be guaranteed.
We run the SS-4 process. Our team fills it in for a non-SSN owner and faxes it once you've e-signed; IRS turnaround is usually two to eight weeks.
The annual report question
This is where Firstbase's $299 earns part of its price: annual report filing comes with it. With our package, Florida's $138.75 report is a Sunbiz task for you each year, due no later than May 1. Filing after May 1 costs $400 more, and an LLC with no report by the third Friday in September risks dissolution.
