The annual report question
Florida wants a report from every LLC on Sunbiz between January 1 and May 1, and charges $138.75. After May 1 a $400 penalty applies, and by late September an unfiled LLC faces dissolution. Globalfy files it for you as part of its plan. With us, it's your task, or one you hand to a filing service.
