Our approach
We prepare the bank application. StartGlobal guides you through yours; we write ours for our partners using what you entered at checkout plus your filed Florida Articles, and the SS-4 signature is the only thing it waits on. Nothing is sent until you approve, and the IRS timeline doesn't hold it back. Approval is up to our partners and can't be guaranteed.
We publish an EIN timeline. Form SS-4 is drafted by us and faxed after your e-signature; a two-to-eight-week wait at the IRS is normal. StartGlobal doesn't state a timeline.
We keep it simple. There are no add-ons to choose. You buy the package, then decide whether to keep the agent at $99.
The annual report question
Your Florida LLC files an annual report on Sunbiz each year between January 1 and May 1, for $138.75. After May 1, a $400 late fee applies; if the report is still missing by the third Friday in September, the state can dissolve the LLC. We don't file it. StartGlobal will, for $299 a year.
